Estimated delivery time: 3–12 business days after dispatch

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping is never free. All shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before completing your order.

4. Import Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and VAT, depending on your country.

• These charges are determined by your local customs authority
• The customer is fully responsible for all additional fees
• Amado Miio does not cover or reimburse any import-related costs
• Import charges may vary and are outside of our control

5. Customs & Refusal Policy

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs duties or taxes:

• The parcel may be destroyed by customs, resulting in a total loss
• If the parcel is returned, additional costs (including customs and carrier fees) may apply
• These costs will be deducted from any eligible refund

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, we will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.

• Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, the delivery process is managed by the shipping provider
• We will assist you in resolving the issue by starting a formal investigation (“post investigation”)
• Resolution times depend on the carrier and may vary
