Refund policy
At Amado Miio, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you would like to return or exchange an item, we’re here to assist you.
You may return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery.
1. Important Information
Items purchased during a sale are not eligible for refunds. These items may only be exchanged or returned for store credit.
2. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on the courier and the country of return.
Shipping costs for orders placed outside the Netherlands are non-refundable.
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must still be attached
- Items must be suitable for resale
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
4. Exchanges
If you indicate that you would like to exchange an item when registering your return, we will process this as quickly as possible. In most cases, exchanges are completed within a few business days after receiving your return.
If the desired item is no longer in stock, please contact our customer service team. We will inform you about restock timelines or offer an alternative solution.
5. Order Number
You can find your order number in your order confirmation email. This is typically a four or five-digit code.
If you cannot locate your order confirmation, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

7. Returns After 14 Days
Returns requested after the 14-day period are not guaranteed.
However, in certain cases, we may offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion. Please contact our customer service team to discuss available options.
8. Refunds
Once your return has been received at our warehouse, it will be processed within 10 business days.
After processing:
- You will receive a confirmation email
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method
- It may take up to 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account
