Orders within Europe are usually delivered within 2 to 4 business days, while orders from outside Europe are expected to arrive within 4 to 6 business days.

Return Policy

Would you like to exchange or return your purchase? We’re happy to help! You can exchange or return your order within 14 days of the delivery date.
PLEASE NOTE:

For items purchased during a sale, Amado Miio does not offer refunds. These items can only be exchanged for other products or for store credit.
Is returning an item free of charge?
Return shipping costs are at your own expense and depend on the courier and the country from which you are returning your package.
What are the return conditions?
Our return policy allows you to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in resellable condition, with all original tags still attached.

Shipping costs for orders outside the Netherlands are non-refundable.
How long does it take to exchange a product?
If you indicate that you would like to exchange a product when registering your return, we will process it immediately. This way, we can ensure that your exchange is completed within a few days.
What if the product I want to exchange is no longer available?
Please contact our customer service team to discuss your options. We will inform you when the product is expected to be back in stock.

If your return has already been processed and the product is sold out, we will contact you to find a suitable solution.
Where can I find my order number to register my return?
Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. It is a four-digit code.

If you did not receive this email, please contact our customer service team — they’ll be happy to assist you.
What should I do if a product is defective or damaged?
Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that an item is damaged during shipping or production.

We’ll be happy to resolve this for you. Please send an email to amadomiio.nl@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. Our customer service team will contact you as soon as possible to find a solution.
What if I want to return my order after the return period?
Please make sure to return your order within the 14-day period.

If, in rare cases, this isn’t possible, we may offer you an exchange or a store voucher instead.

How long does a refund take?
We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible.

Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, it will be processed within 10 business days.

You can track your return using the tracking number provided by your courier — once it shows as “delivered,” the 10 business days begin.

After your refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Please note that it may take up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
