Refund policy
- Returns
At Amado Miio, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you would like to return an item, you can easily register your return through our return portal via our returnportal.
Returns can be registered within 14 days of delivery.
- Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
✔️ Use the original packaging.
✔️ Make sure the product is well protected during transport.
✔️ Remove all old shipping labels from the package.
✔️ Register your return within 14 days of purchase.
✔️ The product must be unused.
If these conditions are met, your return can be processed quickly.
If these conditions are not met, your return may unfortunately be refused.
- Sale Items
Items purchased during a sale are not eligible for refunds. These items may only be exchanged or returned for store credit.
- Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
- Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, you can indicate this directly in the returnportal. Exchanges are usually processed within a few business days after receiving your return.
- Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved at our warehouse, it will be processed within 10 business days.
After processing:
• You will receive a confirmation email
• The refund will be issued to your original payment method
• It may take up to 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- Late Returns
Returns registered after the 14-day return period may not be accepted.
